D-Shawn Caraballo is a Production Artist and Photographer currently based in Boston and working everywhere.
The son of a sneaker store manager, he got love for fashion and sneakers in particular at a young age. That along with a skill for graphics design led to him interning for the “Sportstyle” department at the Puma North American Headquarters in Boston.
A move from his degree in Psychology and the career in counseling that followed graduation was a risk he needed to take to follow his passions . Prior to graduating, his non-traditional graphic design learning and social media presence grew his client base of local and aspiring artist. This allowed him to establish his passion for graphic design while attending and graduating his undergraduate studies.
The start of his experience began when he won a contest via Instagram to take disposable photos for Puma’s Sportstyle department, he used this to earn his internship with Puma. This lead to earning a position as a production artist for E-commerce. Subsequently the pandemic as well as his proficiencies in multiple adobe creative suite programs allowed for him to participate in video editing and product photography for Puma (projects outside of his job description).
